For physical products such as books, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered. However, in case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a replacement or refund. Such requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us with clear photo or video proof of the issue. After verification, we will initiate a replacement or refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method and may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider. For digital products, all sales are final. Once the product has been delivered or accessed, no cancellations or refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
